Aluminum 311 Adventure Rack run: UPDATE

June 26th: All parts were finished being powder coated! late Thursday. Now we must inspect each part and begin to prep the pieces and wrap everything for shipping. Will ship out Monday! Thank you!

June 24th: Verbal confirmation that both Powder and Printing will be complete tomorrow (Wed 25th).

June 20th: Racks were not completed this week as we had hoped. I apologize for this. Was really hoping to ship these to you guys today! Looks like next week maybe. Email us if you have a date you need these by and are concerned about scheduling.

June 17th: We’ve had our first wave of set backs, so the racks are still not completed. We DO expect them to be completed this week, and maybe ship by Friday (June 20th). But in smaller towns like Bend, 2 things have plagued our production from time to time: printer breakdowns and wild fires. There’s only one printer in town that can print on our steel and aluminum, and his machine went down. The Alder Springs wild fire threatens ranches and livestock close to Bend, and our local metal workers and powder coaters are the first ones called to help evacuate, (cause they know the ranchers and also have trucks and trailers). So these have been our 2 set backs for the last production week. Our apologies for the delay. We’re SO CLOSE!!!

June 9th: Rest of the rack parts still not fully completed at powder coat. More powder arriving tomorrow to complete job. Looking like these won’t ship until late 3rd week of June. Was hoping to ship this week, but I doubt it. We’ll see though… you never know:)

June 4th: Side Rails have been powdered, inspected, paired and are now at printers!

May 29th: All Crossbars and Skinny Crossbars are done. Rivets installed. Dropped off at powder coat.

May 23rd: Rivets arrived for crossbars but were determined not of quality. Waiting on better ones. Expected to arrive Wednesday, and then they will be installed immediately.

May 20th: Half of the racks have been put into powder coat. Cross bars will be next once their rivnuts are installed. You can see the light bar cut out fairings in the middle.

These Aluminum side rails have less side cuts to reduce costs on our end. Watch the video on out main page slide before ordering from this limited run!

Heavy L Brackets are here. We shaved a 1/4” off the top to hopefully allow more tent clearance when folding out.
